Is it really free?
Yes, you can use it for free with no sign-up. To prevent abuse, there may be a daily usage limit.
How much should I trust the AI result?
PetScan AI is a preliminary screening for reference only, not a definitive diagnosis. Even if the result comes back "safe," please visit a nearby exotic vet if abnormal symptoms continue.
Which animals can I scan?
We support reptiles (lizards, snakes, turtles, etc.), birds (parrots, etc.), amphibians (frogs, salamanders, etc.), and small mammals like hedgehogs and hamsters.
What happens to the photo I upload?
Photos are deleted immediately after AI analysis and are never stored. See the Privacy Policy page for details.
What should I do in an obvious emergency?
If you see obvious emergency signs like difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or reduced consciousness, don't wait for the AI scan result — visit or call a nearby exotic vet immediately.
Why is there no sign-up?
To handle as little personal information as possible, we designed this from day one as an anonymous service with no sign-up or login.
